Earlier roles include Director of Engineering at iCAST/CMGI, where he led hybrid development for high-performance multimedia platforms; Principal Engineer at AltaVista, contributing to early internet infrastructure and authoring an IETF Draft Standard on firewall content filtering; and senior engineering positions at DEC, focused on hardware and software development, network drivers and distributed systems. Beginning his career at Bendix Research Labs, he wrote the software for an embedded fuel injection sensor for the F-15 program.

Keith is Kirk’s Chief Engineer and AI, Cloud Architect with deep expertise in scalable platforms, secure systems, and data-driven architectures. Over his career, he has designed and led solutions that integrate embedded devices, distributed services, and resilient cloud infrastructure. He currently heads one of Kirk’s projects for the full architecture and delivery of a full-stack IoT medical device platform built on AWS, encompassing firmware integration, secure APIs, and event-driven microservices capable of scaling to millions of devices.

Previously, Skyler was Senior Software Architect at Tradeverifyd, where he built MCP-driven intelligence systems for secure supplier verification and entity resolution, and Lead Solutions Architect at Merkle, delivering large-scale eCommerce and integration programs for Fortune 500 clients across major commerce platforms. He began his career founding TruSky, an eCommerce development firm that delivered over 1,200 implementations and a long-running SaaS product still in operation today. He holds a Master’s in Information Technology (Information Assurance) from the University of Maryland and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from Keene State College.

His contributions have supported the delivery of secure, large-scale data solutions for government entities, financial institutions, and global enterprises. He also spent several years in Europe with Ubizen, where he supported online and banking security initiatives for major financial institutions.

Mr. Tennant is the Founder of Kirk Tech Solutions, established in 2006, and Co-Founder of Bidfind.AI, where he continues to lead strategic growth and innovation initiatives. He is recognized for his disciplined, hands-on leadership approach and his ability to build and scale high-performing teams across international markets.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, he is actively engaged in community and educational initiatives, including co-founding BizGen and contributing to the Association for Corporate Growth. He holds a Bachelor of Arts from Saint Michael’s College and a Master of Business Administration from the Whittemore School of Business and Economics, where he has also contributed to executive-level education programs.

He plays a central role in aligning delivery operations with commercial objectives—bridging sales commitments, resource capacity, and execution excellence. By building and scaling high-performing, cross-functional teams across project management, design, development, QA, and marketing, he enables consistent, predictable outcomes that support both client success and business growth.

With a strong emphasis on structured delivery frameworks, governance, and continuous improvement, he helps strengthen operational efficiency, reduce delivery risk, and improve overall quality across programs. He also contributes to mentoring and capability building within the organization, fostering a delivery culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and performance excellence.

He holds an MBA in Information Technology and a Bachelor of Computer Applications, combining technical understanding with strategic and operational leadership across digital transformation programs.
